RETURN AN ITEM

o You can submit a return request within 7 days from the delivery date. You can make a return if the item you received is non-compliant, damaged, defective or counterfeit. In case the item is broken, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

If you have changed your mind about an item, you can make a return, PROVIDED that it has not been opened, with the exception of the following items which are excluded for health and safety reasons: swimwear, underwear, lingerie, earrings, cosmetics, perfumes, groceries, dietary supplements, software, tickets and adult products.

When returning an item, make sure it is in its original condition (including packaging) and that all seals, labels, accessories, etc. are present. are intact. Otherwise, your return will be refused.

o For electronic items you wish to return, be sure to remove any passwords created. Otherwise, your return will be refused.

o Televisions, phones, computers and tablets must be sealed if returned following a change of mind.
